Free domestic shipping with orders $50+.

All orders shipped through USPS.

International shipping is available, it is calculated by USPS.

Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent out via e-mail once order has shipped

Refund Policy

Due to limited inventory ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Haus of Zen does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Haus of Zen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Upon inquiry, Haus of Zen will confirm delivery to the address that was provided. Date of delivery & tracking information can be provided for the customer to investigate.

Haus of Zen does offer exchanges for damaged items.

Please contact via e-mail within 24 hours upon delivery.

Proof of purchase is required.

If you wish to change your order cancel order & place a new one.

Order cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours if order processing hasn't begun.
